I run a FidoNet BBS (1:305/1) called the Chiva Town Social Hub.

This is hosted on a reliable T1/DS1 connection. The BBS software is Synchronet with binkd and tinytic running on a dedicated IBM eServer running FreeBSD. I carry full feeds and most file areas, and am also linked to DoveNET and CSCNet.

All BBS data is backed up nightly, both locally and to an offsite server.
